The WS_FTP screen! The left side (local) is YOU, the right side (remote)is your internet website files. This is of course, before you connect. Notice the little green arrow on the left side at the tip of your files list. Double clicking on that arrow will back you out of a subdirectory. So if you are in C:\Windows, and you want to be in C:\ double click on that arrow and it will back you out.
When you are ready, click on the "connect" button, and go to the next page.
